  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 0.5CupHot Milk
  • 2CupOil

Steps

    We toast the hazelnuts in the oven for five minutes until golden.

    We peel the hazelnuts after toasting.

    We grind the hazelnuts in a spice grinder until creamy, adding one tablespoon of oil during the process.

    In a food processor, we add the powdered sugar, powdered milk, raw cocoa, and sweetened cocoa.

    We add the hazelnut butter (the ground hazelnuts with oil) and vanilla to the mixture.

    We mix all the ingredients well in the food processor until fully combined

    We add the hot milk and mix, then add the second tablespoon of oil and mix again until smooth and creamy.

    We transfer the mixture into a glass jar.
