Fajita
Ingredients

- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Soy sauce
- 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil
- 2Teaspoons (tsp)Fajita Spices
- 3Psc.Onion
- 1Psc.Red bell pepper
- 1Psc.Yellow bell pepper
- 1Psc.Orange bell pepper
- 1Psc.Green pepper
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Strained Yogurt
- 1Psc.Lemon juice
- 1Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream
- 0.25CupGrated cheddar

We slice the chicken breasts into thin strips.

We marinate the chicken with soy sauce, fajita seasoning, and a little vegetable oil, and set it aside.

In a frying pan, we heat a small amount of oil and cook the chicken in batches without stirring until halfway done, then flip and cook until fully cooked.

We remove the cooked chicken from the pan.

Slice the onions and peppers into strips

In a pot, we add a bit of oil and sauté the sliced onions until slightly softened.

We add the sliced colored bell peppers, then add paprika, black pepper, and fajita seasoning.

We let the mixture cook for 3 minutes.

We add the cooked chicken to the mixture.

We add more soy sauce and let everything cook together for 2–3 minutes so the flavors combine.

Prepare the accompanying sauce by mixing the labneh, cooking cream and lemon juice

We serve the fajitas with tortilla bread, cheddar cheese, and the side sauce.
