Mix the filling ingredients together, ensuring the Egyptian rice is washed, soaked for an hour, and drained. Then, add the ground meat to the rice along with the spices and butter, and stir well.

Boil the flat cabbage and carefully remove the leaves as shown in the video.

Place the filling in the cabbage leaves as shown in the video and arrange them in the pot. Then, sauté minced garlic and mint in olive oil and pour them over the cabbage. Add salt, cover with hot water, place a plate on top, and then cover the pot.
