In a bowl, we put the ghee at room temperature along with the flour and semolina, and we mix and knead them until the texture is creamy, then we set it aside

We take cold water and add a teaspoon of yeast, a bit of vanilla with mastic, half a teaspoon of mahlab, and sugar, then we stir well.

We add the water mixture to the dough and mix it as shown in the video, then we cover it and place it in the refrigerator for half an hour to an hour.

In another bowl, we put the dates with two tablespoons of ghee, cinnamon, cardamom, fennel, and anise, and we mix them well, then set them aside.

After an hour, we take the dough out, roll it out, fill it, and shape it as shown in the video

We place the entire quantity in a baking tray and put it in a preheated oven at the highest temperature for 7 minutes, and it will be ready.
