    To prepare the filling: In a bowl, place the chopped chicken breasts and season them with vinegar, salt, red pepper, cumin, garlic powder, and white pepper. Mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and let them rest.

    To prepare the dough: In a bowl, add a cup of warm water, then add the yeast and sugar and mix well. Next, add a very small cup of vegetable oil and stir well.

    Add 3 to 3.5 cups of flour gradually while stirring, then add the salt and knead well until you get a smooth, firm dough.

    In a greased bowl, place the dough, cover it, and let it rest for an hour.

    Place the chicken in a pan and stir until it is fully cooked, then set it aside.

    To prepare the sauce: In a pot over heat, add a stick of butter, then add two tablespoons of flour and stir until the flour is toasted. Next, add a cup of cold milk and stir well. Add salt and white pepper, then continue stirring until the sauce thickens. Finally, add the mozzarella cheese.

    Add the chicken to the sauce and stir.

    Roll out the dough and shape it as shown in the video. Then, place it in a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Brush the edges with a mixture of egg and milk, then sprinkle with sesame seeds. Add a layer of mozzarella, followed by a layer of chicken, then another layer of mozzarella and a sprinkle of oregano on top.

    Place the dish in the oven at 180°C, both top and bottom heat, for 20 minutes.

    If it's not possible to use both top and bottom heat together, leave it in the oven for 120 minutes or until it browns from the bottom. Then, turn on the top heat for 5 to 10 minutes to brown the top.
