  • 0.25Grams (g) Ground meat

  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Turmeric
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Onion powder
  • 2Cupwater

    Sauté the onions in olive oil until softened.

    Add the minced meat and stir well.

    Add the pepper, turmeric, onion powder, and salt to the meat.

    Stir the mixture thoroughly.

    Add the diced potatoes. Stir everything together over high heat.

    Add two teaspoons of salt. Cover the pot and cook on high heat.

    After five minutes, uncover and add water.

    Cover the pot again and simmer until the potatoes are cooked.

    After 20 minutes, check if the potatoes are tender; if not, add another cup of water without stirring.

    Garnish with parsley and serve with vegetables and yogurt.
