McChicken Sandwich

We place the chicken breasts in the food processor, season them with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, and mix well until we achieve a consistent texture.

Spread the chicken pieces on a surface covered with cling film, cover them with another piece of cling film, and press down until they are of even thickness.

Place the chicken pieces in a tray, then put them in the freezer for half an hour until they firm up.

To prepare the sauce, we mix mayonnaise with mustard and a little soy sauce.

Prepare two bowls of flour, adding the same spices we used for the chicken. In one of the bowls, add black beer or non-alcoholic beer.

Remove the chicken from the freezer, coat the pieces well with flour, then dip them into the second flour mixture with black beer or the non-alcoholic beer.
