- 0.3CupOlive oil
- 2Psc.Onion
- 1Psc.Green chili pepper
- 5ClovesGarlic
- 1Psc.Bell Peppers
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Mixed spices
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Coriander
- 1PinchRed chili flakes
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper

We peel the liver by removing the outer skin, then cut it into slices.

We cut the vegetables

In a pan over heat, we add the oil.

We add the liver slices gradually.

We add the mixed spices, cumin, coriander, crushed chili, and stir.

After each batch of liver is cooked, we place it in a tray lined with aluminum foil until all the liver is cooked.

In the same pan, we add olive oil.

We add the onion and stir, then add the sliced garlic.

We add the colored bell peppers and green chili peppers, and stir them until they soften.

We add the mixed spices, coriander, cumin, crushed chili, salt, and pepper molasses, then stir.

We place the vegetables on the liver, cover it with aluminum foil, and bake it in the oven for at least 20 minutes.
