  • 1Psc.Brioche Bread
  • 100Grams (g) Butter
  • 2CupBrown sugar
  • 1CupHoney
  • 1To TasteFruits
  • 1CupWhipping cream

Steps

    Bake the brioche bread, then cut it into thick slices

    Remove the brown part of the bread to create cubes of white brioche bread.

    In a small bowl, mix the soft butter with brown sugar and honey

    Spread the mixture on both sides of the bread slices and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Bake in a preheated oven (top and bottom heat + fan) at 200°C (392°F) for 15 minutes. Flip the slices and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

    Once baked, let them cool for at least 10 minutes before serving with creme fraiche, fruits, and a drizzle of honey
