For the first layer (the dough), we place the butter and brown sugar in the mixer.

We add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.

We add the date molasses and mix again.

We add the flour with the cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

We add the chopped dates and mix until well distributed.

We place half of the dough in the cheesecake pan as shown in the video, and the other half is placed in the freezer to make the crumble.

For the second layer (the cheesecake), we beat the cream cheese with sugar until smooth.

We add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.

We add the sweetened condensed milk and beat until the ingredients are well combined.

We place the cream layer over the dough in the cheesecake pan.

We take half of the dough from the freezer and grate it over the cream layer in the pan, as shown in the video.

We bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

We take it out of the oven and let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate it for six hours.
