Ingredients

  • 1Psc.Onion
  • 3ClovesMinced garlic
  • 300Grams (g) Ground meat
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Tomato paste
  • 1.5Kilograms (kg)Ripe tomatoes
  • 0.5CupSugar
  • 1Psc.Beef Stock

Steps

    Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat, then add the chopped onion and crushed garlic, and sauté until soft.

    Add the ground beef and cook until it changes color and begins to cook through.

    Season the beef with salt and black pepper to taste.

    Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and stir for 1 minute until fully combined with the beef.

    Add the chopped tomatoes with ½ teaspoon of sugar and the bouillon cube if desired, and stir well.

    Cover the pot and simmer over medium heat until the sauce thickens
