Ingredients

  • 0.5CanSweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2CupMango puree
  • 1Grams (g) Lotus biscuits

Steps

    Mix all ingredients (whipping cream, condensed milk, and mango puree without water) well.

    We pour the mixture into an ice cream mold.

    Optional: Lotus or Graham crackers, and mango cubes for garnish

    We place the mold in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight.

    When removing from the freezer, we let it sit for 5 minutes so the texture softens to a creamy consistency
