Ingredients

  • 2Psc.Chopped Onion
  • 0.25CupOlive oil
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 3To TasteFried onions
  • 0.5PacketPomegranate
  • 1Psc.Lemon juice

Steps

    Chop the mallow and set it aside.

    Chop the two large onions.

    In a pot, sauté the chopped onions in olive oil until softened.

    Add the chopped mallow to the pot and stir well

    Add one tablespoon of salt and cover the pot.

    Cook until the mallow is tender.

    Transfer the mixture to a serving dish.

    Garnish with fried onions, pomegranate seeds, and lemon wedges.

    Drizzle lemon juice on top before serving.
