Mix the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder) together.

نقوم بخلط المكونات الجافة مع بعضها (الطحين، الكاكاو، والبيكنغ باودر).

Prepare the wet ingredients: beat the eggs with sugar, then add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla.

نحضر المكونات السائلة: نخفق البيض مع السكر، ثم نضيف الحليب، الزيت النباتي، والفانيلا.

Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until smooth.

نخلط المكونات الجافة مع المكونات السائلة حتى تتجانس.

Prepare the baking pan by greasing it with a little oil and lining it with parchment paper, then pour the batter into the pan

نحضر قالب الخبز بدهنه بقليل من الزيت ووضع ورق زبدة، ثم نسكب خليط الكيك فيه.

Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 40 minutes.

ندخل الكيك إلى فرن محمى مسبقاً على درجة حرارة 180 لمدة 40 دقيقة.

Once cooled, cut the cake into two layers.

نقسم الكيك إلى نصفين بعد أن يبرد.

Place the bottom layer into a cheesecake mold

نضع الطبقة السفلية في قالب التشيز كيك.

Heat two cups of milk with one pack of caramel cream powder until it boils, then let it cool slightly.

نسخن كوبين من الحليب مع مغلف كريم كراميل حتى يغلي ونتركه ليبرد قليلاً.

Blend the caramel cream mixture with cream and biscuits in a blender until smooth.

نخلط خليط الكريم كراميل مع القشطة والبسكويت في الخلاط حتى يصبح قوامه ناعماً.

Spread the mixture evenly over the cake layer in the mold.

نوزع الخليط فوق طبقة الكيك في القالب.

Refrigerate the cake for 4 to 6 hours until set.

ندخل الكيك إلى الثلاجة لمدة 4 إلى 6 ساعات حتى يتماسك.

Once chilled, trim the edges, dust it with cocoa powder, and garnish with strawberries.

بعد أن يبرد، نزيل الأطراف الزائدة، نوزع بودرة الكاكاو ونزينه بالفراولة.

Stuffed Pasta Shells with Spinach and Mushrooms

Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat, add onions and mushrooms, and sauté for 5 minutes.

نقوم بتسخين زيت الزيتون في قدر على نار متوسطة، ثم نضيف البصل والفطر ونقلبهما جيداً لمدة 5 دقائق.

Add the squeezed spinach to the pot, along with salt and nutmeg, stir well, and let it cook for another 5 minutes.

نضيف السبانخ المعصور من الماء إلى القدر، ثم نضيف الملح وجوزة الطيب ونقلب جيداً، ونترك المزيج على النار لمدة 5 دقائق إضافية.

Meanwhile, cook the shell pasta in boiling water until half-cooked, then drain and rinse with cold water.

أثناء ذلك، نسلق المعكرونة في ماء ساخن حتى تنضج نصف استواء، ثم نصفيها ونغسلها بماء بارد.

Stuff each pasta shell with a tablespoon of the spinach and mushroom filling.

نملأ أصداف المعكرونة بحشوة السبانخ والفطر باستخدام ملعقة طعام.

Arrange the stuffed shells side by side in a heatproof serving dish.

نرص أصداف المعكرونة المحشوة جنباً إلى جنب في طبق حراري.

To prepare the sauce: dissolve the mushroom soup mix in warm water, then heat it on the stove. Add the cooking cream, stir well, and let it simmer for 5 minutes until it thickens.

لتحضير الصلصة: نذيب شوربة الفطر في الماء الدافئ ونضعها على النار، ثم نضيف كريمة الطبخ ونقلب جيداً. نترك الصلصة على نار متوسطة لمدة 5 دقائق حتى تتجانس.

Pour the prepared sauce over the stuffed shells, then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.

نصب الصلصة المحضرة فوق أصداف المعكرونة، ثم نوزع جبنة الموزاريلا فوقها.

Bake the dish in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20–30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

ندخل الطبق إلى فرن محمى مسبقاً على درجة حرارة 180 مئوية لمدة 20 إلى 30 دقيقة حتى يذوب الجبن ويصبح الطبق جاهزاً للتقديم.

نضع مكعبات البطاطا في وعاء، ثم نضيف زيت الزيتون، الملح، الفلفل، والعسل، ونخلط جيداً.

Spread the seasoned sweet potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) for 30 minutes or until tender.

نفرد البطاطا المتبلة على صينية مبطنة بورق زبدة، ثم نخبزها في فرن مسخن مسبقاً على درجة حرارة 220 مئوية لمدة 30 دقيقة أو حتى تنضج.

Remove the kale leaves from their stems and chop them into small pieces

نزيل أوراق الكيل من السيقان، ثم نقطع الأوراق إلى قطع صغيرة.

Prepare the dressing by whisking together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.

لتحضير الصلصة، نقوم بخفق خل التفاح مع زيت الزيتون، العسل، خردل الديجون، الملح، الفلفل، والثوم المفروم.

Slice the yellow apples into thin slices without peeling them.

نقطع التفاح الأصفر إلى شرائح رفيعة دون تقشيره.

Mix half of the dressing with the chopped kale in a large bowl and toss well.

نخلط نصف كمية الصلصة مع الكيل المقطع في وعاء كبير ونقلب جيداً.

Add the roasted sweet potatoes and sliced apples to the kale and gently toss them together.

Sprinkle the toasted pecans and cranberries evenly over the salad.

Crumble the goat cheese on top of the salad and drizzle with the remaining dressing.

نقوم بقلي قواعد الأرضي شوكي في الزيت النباتي لمدة ثلاثة أرباع الدقيقة على كل جانب حتى تكتسب لوناً ذهبياً خفيفاً.

Boil the fried artichoke bases in hot water with lemon juice for 5 minutes

نسلق قواعد الأرضي شوكي المقلية في ماء ساخن مع عصير الليمون لمدة 5 دقائق.

نفرم بصلة واحدة فرماً ناعماً.

Sauté the chopped onion in vegetable oil until softened

نقوم بتشويح البصل المفروم في الزيت النباتي حتى يذبل.

Add the minced lamb, black pepper, and bay leaves to the pan, and stir until the lamb is fully cooked.

نضيف اللحم المفروم والفلفل الأسود وورق الغار إلى البصل، ونقلب جيداً حتى ينضج اللحم تماماً.

Arrange the boiled artichokes in a baking dish.

نرتب قواعد الأرضي شوكي المسلوقة في طبق للخبز.

Fill each artichoke base with the cooked lamb mixture

نحشي كل قاعدة أرضي شوكي بخليط اللحم المطهو.

In a separate bowl, mix two tablespoons of flour with the artichoke boiling liquid and add salt.

في وعاء منفصل، نخلط ملعقتين من الدقيق مع ماء سلق الأرضي شوكي ونضيف الملح.

Pour the mixture over the stuffed artichokes.

نسكب الخليط فوق الأرضي شوكي المحشي في الطبق.

Bake for half an hour until golden brown and cooked through.

ندخل الطبق إلى الفرن لمدة نصف ساعة حتى يصبح ذهبي اللون وينضج بالكامل.

Garnish with fried pine nuts and chopped parsley

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a cake pan with vegetable oil and dust it with flour.

نقوم بتسخين الفرن إلى درجة حرارة 180°C، وندهن قالب الكيك بالزيت النباتي ثم نرشه بالدقيق.

In a large bowl, sift the flour, then add the baking powder and cinnamon and mix together.

في وعاء كبير، ننخل الدقيق ونضيف إليه البيكنغ باودر والقرفة ونخلطهم معاً.

Using an electric mixer, beat the sugar and vegetable oil together, then gradually add the eggs and vanilla extract, beating well. Add the milk and continue to mix.

باستخدام خلاط كهربائي، نخفق السكر والزيت النباتي معاً، ثم نضيف البيض والفانيلا تدريجياً ونخفق جيداً. ثم نضيف الحليب ونستمر في الخفق.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing continuously for 2 minutes.

نضيف الدقيق تدريجياً إلى الخليط السائل مع الخفق المستمر لمدة دقيقتين.

Add the chopped apples and walnuts to the batter and stir gently with a spoon.

نضيف التفاح المقطع والجوز إلى الخليط ونحركهم جيداً بالملعقة.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 40-45 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely

نسكب الخليط في قالب الخبز ونخبزه لمدة 40-45 دقيقة، ثم نرفعها عن الفرن ونتركها لتبرد تماماً.

In a pot, sauté the chopped onions in olive oil until softened.

في قدر، نقوم بتقليب البصل المفروم في زيت الزيتون حتى يذبل.

Add the chopped mallow to the pot and stir well

نضيف الخبيزة المفرومة إلى القدر ونحرك جيداً.

Add one tablespoon of salt and cover the pot.

نضيف ملعقة طعام من الملح ونغطي القدر.

نترك الخبيزة تطهى حتى تصبح طرية.

ننقل المزيج إلى طبق التقديم.

Garnish with fried onions, pomegranate seeds, and lemon wedges.

نزين الطبق بالبصل المقلي وحبوب الرمان وشرائح الليمون.

Drizzle lemon juice on top before serving.

نرش عصير الليمون على الوجه قبل التقديم.

In a baking pan, add ½ cup of olive oil.

في صينية للخبز، نضع نصف كوب من زيت الزيتون.

Add 6 red onions and 4 yellow onions, sliced.

نضيف 6 بصلات حمراء و 4 بصلات صفراء مقطعة إلى شرائح.

Add the spices: ¼ cup pomegranate molasses, ¼ cup sumac, 2 tablespoons of chicken seasoning, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon black pepper, ½ tablespoon cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons mixed spice.

نضيف التوابل: ¼ كوب دبس الرمان، ¼ كوب سماق، 2 ملعقة طعام بهار الدجاج، 1 ملعقة طعام ملح، 1 ملعقة طعام فلفل أسود، ½ ملعقة طعام قرفة، و 2 ملعقة طعام بهار مشكل.

Add the chicken pieces and mix well with the onions and spices.

نضيف قطع الدجاج إلى الصينية ونقلبها جيداً مع البصل والتوابل.

We add the pomegranate molasses to the chicken, then cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake it in a preheated oven at 200°C for about an hour.

نضع دبس الرمان على الدجاج ثم نغطي الصينية ونخ
بورق القصدير ونخبزها في فرن مسخن مسبقاً على حرارة 200 درجة مئوية لمدة ساعة تقريباً

نكشف الغطاء ونترك الدجاج يتحمر من الأعلى.

Garnish with pine nuts and chopped parsley.

نزين بالصنوبر والبقدونس المفروم.
