Mix the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder) together.

Prepare the wet ingredients: beat the eggs with sugar, then add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla.

Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until smooth.

Prepare the baking pan by greasing it with a little oil and lining it with parchment paper, then pour the batter into the pan

Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 40 minutes.

Once cooled, cut the cake into two layers.

Place the bottom layer into a cheesecake mold

Heat two cups of milk with one pack of caramel cream powder until it boils, then let it cool slightly.

Blend the caramel cream mixture with cream and biscuits in a blender until smooth.

Spread the mixture evenly over the cake layer in the mold.

Refrigerate the cake for 4 to 6 hours until set.

Once chilled, trim the edges, dust it with cocoa powder, and garnish with strawberries.
