  • 0.5Grams (g) Ground meat
  • 0.5Kilograms (kg)Minced Lamb Meat

  • 400Grams (g) Mushroom
  • 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil
  • 10CanCheddar
  • 600Grams (g) Mixed cheddar cheese
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Mayonnaise
  • 2To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Onion powder
  • 4Teaspoons (tsp)Worcestershire sauce
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
  • 3Grams (g) Butter
  • 2CupWhite sesame

    Add two tablespoons of mayonnaise.

    Put the tray in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.

    Brush the bread with butter and sprinkle sesame seeds.

    Place the top layer of the burger bun.

    Place another layer of mixed cheddar cheese.

    Add the mushrooms and onions.

    Add the minced meat

    Place a layer of cheddar cheese slices, followed by mixed cheddar cheese

    Slice the burger buns in half.

    Grease a baking tray with butter.

    Cut a large amount of brown and white mushrooms

    Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and Worcestershire sauce.

    In the same pot, add vegetable oil and minced meat.

    Remove the mushrooms and onions from the pot

    Leave them on the heat until they soften

    Once the onions soften, add the mushrooms and stir them with the onions

    Add boiling water to the onions.

    Heat vegetable oil in a pot, then add the onions and caramelize them
