Mushroom sliders

- 400Grams (g) Mushroom
- 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil

- 600Grams (g) Mixed cheddar cheese

Add two tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Put the tray in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.

Brush the bread with butter and sprinkle sesame seeds.

Place the top layer of the burger bun.

Place another layer of mixed cheddar cheese.

Add the mushrooms and onions.

Add the minced meat

Place a layer of cheddar cheese slices, followed by mixed cheddar cheese

Slice the burger buns in half.

Grease a baking tray with butter.

Cut a large amount of brown and white mushrooms

Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and Worcestershire sauce.

In the same pot, add vegetable oil and minced meat.

Remove the mushrooms and onions from the pot
