  • 1Psc.Garlic bulb
  • 1PinchRed chili flakes
  • 1Grams (g) Shrimp
  • 1BunchParsley
  • 1PinchSalt

Steps

    Boil the pasta in salted water until cooked, then drain it, keeping half a cup of the pasta water.

    Chop the garlic as shown in the video

    In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the chopped garlic, stirring until fragrant.

    Add the chili flakes and sauté for a minute until aromatic.

    Add the shrimp to the pan and cook for 3 minutes until it turns pink and is fully cooked.

    Add the cooked pasta to the shrimp, then pour in half a cup of the reserved pasta water and mix well.

    Chop the parsley, then add the chopped parsley and stir one last time before serving.
