Ingredients
- 350Grams (g) Shrimp
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Dill
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream
- 0.5CupPasta cooking water
- 1Grams (g) Fresh Cream
- 1Psc.Lemon juice
- 2CupOlive oil
- 1ClovesMinced garlic
- 250PacketPasta

Boil a large pot of salted water, then cook the pasta until done. Drain it and reserve half a cup of the cooking water.

Heat a pan over medium heat, then add a bit of olive oil.

Add the peeled and cleaned shrimp to the hot oil and sauté until it starts changing color.

Add the seasonings: salt, black pepper, paprika, and dill, and continue stirring.

Add the minced garlic after the shrimp has sautéed slightly.

Once the shrimp turns pink, pour in the cooking cream.

Add half a cup of the reserved pasta water and stir well.

Let the mixture boil briefly until the shrimp is fully cooked and the sauce thickens slightly.

Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss until it’s coated with the sauce.

Add a tablespoon of crème fraîche (or cream) to make the texture richer and creamier.

Add lemon juice and mix well until all flavors are combined.
