We start by preparing the vegetables, where we place 3 cloves of garlic, 3 tomatoes, 1 green bell pepper, 1 red bell pepper, 1 sweet pepper, and 1 onion in the food processor. We blend all the ingredients together.

After preparing the vegetables, we add 550 grams of lamb and 200 grams of beef to the blended vegetable mixture. Then we add 1 tablespoon of pepper paste and 1 teaspoon of tomato paste, and we mix all the ingredients together until they are well combined. After that, we place the mixture in a strainer and leave it for five minutes to drain the excess liquids

After draining the mixture, we add salt to taste, 1 tablespoon of mixed spices, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. We mix the ingredients again until the spices are evenly distributed. At the same time, we preheat the oven to be ready for the tortillas.

We take 12 tortillas and spread an appropriate amount of the meat mixture evenly on each tortilla, making sure to distribute the filling well. After that, we place the stuffed tortillas in the oven and turn on the broiler from the bottom. We leave them in the oven until cooked, and when they are done, we turn on the broiler from the top to brown the surface.
