  • 250Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream

Steps

    Boil the pasta (half a bag) in salted boiling water until cooked.

    Finely chop the onion (one white onion) and mince the garlic (three cloves).

    In a pan with a little olive oil, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.

    Add tomato paste (two tablespoons) and spices (one teaspoon garlic powder, one teaspoon sweet paprika, and a pinch of thyme) and stir the mixture well.

    Pour in the cooking cream (250 ml) and mix until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

    Add the boiled pasta to the sauce and stir, letting it cook for a short time to thicken.
