Dough conditioner preparation: We mix 2 tablespoons of flour (25g) with half a cup of water (120ml) and dissolve them together. We place the mixture on the stove for 2 minutes until it becomes paste-like, then let it cool.

**Yeast mixture preparation:** We dissolve 10g of instant yeast in a quarter cup of warm water (60ml). - We add one teaspoon of sugar, cover the mixture, and leave it for 5 minutes until the yeast foams.

**Dough preparation:** In a large bowl, we add 4¼ cups of flour (550g all-purpose flour). - We add 2 eggs, 75g butter (about ⅓ cup), ¼ cup sugar (50g), and ½ cup milk (120ml). - We add the dough enhancer and yeast mixture, then knead well until a smooth dough forms. - We leave the dough to rest for 2 hours.

**Filling preparation:** We mix 1 cup of brown sugar with 1.5 tablespoons of cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of vanilla.

We roll out the dough on a flat surface, then melt 4 to 5 tablespoons of butter to spread over the dough after rolling it out.

We place the filling on top, then roll the dough into a log and cut it with a string.

We place the cinnamon rolls in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C, heating from the bottom only.

Preparation of the first sauce: We mix 1 cup of powdered sugar with 2 tablespoons of cream cheese (any type) and 2 or 3 drops of vanilla (equivalent to 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla powder). Then, we add 60g of room-temperature butter (equivalent to 1/4 cup) and mix until it thickens.
