Steps

    We wash the chicken wings thoroughly with salt, then dry them completely. We add salt, paprika, oregano, ginger, and ground garlic, then coat them with flour.

    We place the wings in the air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius and leave them for 20 minutes until cooked.

    While the wings are cooking, we prepare the sauce. We mix honey with coriander, lemon juice, lemon zest, and ketchup thoroughly

    Once the wings are cooked, we remove them from the fryer, drizzle the sauce over them, and toss them until they are fully coated, then serve.
