  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Baking soda

Steps

    Heat two-thirds cup sugar in a pan until it caramelizes, then pour into the cake mold.

    Mix liquid milk, caramel cream powder, powdered milk, vanilla, and cream. Pour over the caramel layer.

    Whisk eggs, vanilla, oil, and sugar together. Gradually add milk, flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Finally, add hot water mixed with baking soda. Pour the mixture over the caramel cream layer.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
