We put the onion, garlic, meat spices, and the spices of the good people with a little ghee and salt in the pressure cooker, then we pressure cook for 15 minutes.

We sear the lamb in another pot on the stove from both sides until it takes the desired color.

Once the onion is ready, we add the lamb to the onion.

We add the carrot and a whole head of garlic, then pressure cook for 35 minutes.

We remove the lamb and garlic, set them aside, and return to the pot where the lamb was seared.
