Ingredients

- 1CupPeanut butter
- 0.5CupPeanut
- 2CupHoney
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Shea seeds

- 3CupCorn flakes
- 250Grams (g) Dark chocolate

if your dates are dry, soak in warm water for 15 minutes, then drain well

In a food processor, combine dates, peanut butter, peanuts, honey, chia seeds, and salt, and process until a rough dough forms.

In a large bowl, crush the corn flakes roughly with your hands, then add the date and peanut butter mixture and knead until well combined (add more peanut butter if very dry).

Form the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then refrigerate until the chocolate is ready.

In a medium glass bowl, add the chocolate with a teaspoon of coconut oil (optional), then melt in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between each interval until smooth and completely melted.

Dip the balls in the melted chocolate and return them to the pan, then refrigerate again until the chocolate sets.
