Ingredients

- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Orange Zest
- 4Psc.eggs
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 1Cuporange juice
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil
- 2.5CupFlour
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
- 1PinchSalt

Mix 1 ½ cups sugar with 1 teaspoon orange zest until the sugar changes color

In a bowl, place 4 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla, then beat for 10 minutes until the mixture is light in color and creamy in texture.

Add the sugar mixture and beat for 2 minutes

Add 1 cup orange juice and 1 cup vegetable oil and mix until smooth.

Add ½ cup flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder and a pinch of salt, then beat on the lowest speed until the ingredients are homogeneous and reach the consistency shown in the video.

Pour the mixture into a mold greased with tahini or butter

We bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes

Test the cake for doneness by inserting a wooden stick into the center, if it comes out clean, the cake is done

Allow the cake to cool slightly before removing it from the pan and serving.
