Steps

    Stuff the zucchini with half of the filling.

    To prepare the filling: Soak 1 cup of long-grain rice, then mix it with 1 cup of minced meat, salt, pepper, saffron, and cumin.

    Place 1.5 liters of water in a pot on the stove.

    Add 5 tablespoons of tomato paste, salt, and pepper to taste.

    Once the broth boils, add the stuffed zucchini.

    Add more water if needed.

    Let the zucchini simmer on low heat for about 45 minutes, covered

    In the final stages of boiling, add 1 tablespoon of mashed garlic and a pinch of mint.
