Ingredients

  • 6Psc.eggs

  • 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Cocoa

  • 0.5Grams (g) Philadelphia cheese

Steps

    Preparing caramel Place 3/4 cup of sugar and less than 1/4 cup of water in a saucepan on the heat. - Let the mixture simmer until it turns into a golden caramel.

    Preparing the cream In a food processor, mix 4 eggs, 1 cup milk and 1 can of condensed milk (300 ml). - Add half a packet of cream cheese (Philadelphia) and mix well until smooth.

    Preparing the cake In another bowl, mix 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 3/4 cup sugar. - Add 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup milk and mix well. - Add 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 cup flour and 3 tablespoons cocoa. - Mix the ingredients until it becomes a smooth dough.
