Peel and grate the potatoes.

Squeeze the grated potatoes to remove excess moisture

Add the cornstarch, egg, salt, oregano, and paprika to the grated potatoes and mix well.

Grease a baking dish with olive oil.

Place the potato mixture in the baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake the dish in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.

While the potatoes are baking, prepare the pizza sauce: heat olive oil in a pan and add the minced garlic.

Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, and oregano, and mix them well.

Let the sauce cook for 4-5 minutes on low heat.
