  • 365Tablespoons (tbsp)Wheat Germ Flour

  • 120Grams (g) Active Yeast
  • 1Psc.eggs
  • 10CupHoney
  • 15Tablespoons (tbsp)Organic olive oil
  • 6PinchSalt
  • 2Grams (g) Instant yeast

Steps

    We mix all the ingredients and knead on medium speed for 5 minutes, then increase to high speed and knead for 6-7 minutes

    We let the dough rest for 2 hours. After that, we can either put it in the fridge for the next day or let it ferment for 3-4 hours

    If we put the dough in the fridge, we take it out and shape it immediately, then let it ferment for 2 hours.

    We make slashes on the surface and brush it with egg (optional) or spray with water

    We place it in a preheated oven at 200°C for 12 minutes

    Yeast Activation : Add 20 grams of starter yeast to a bowl, then add 60 grams of warm water and 60 grams of flour (50 grams of white flour and 10 grams of whole wheat flour), mix the ingredients well, and let it sit in a warm place for 10-15 minutes until the yeast activates and forms a froth.
