- 1Grams (g) Mushroom
- 2Psc.Red onion
- 1BunchGreen Coriander
- 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Teriyaki sauce
- 1ClovesMinced garlic
- 0.5PacketPasta
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Grated ginger
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.

Slice the onions and mushrooms into long strips.

In a skillet over medium heat, heat a bit of olive oil.

Add the onions and sauté until they soften.

Add the ground meat and stir until it is fully cooked.

Add the mushrooms and cook until they start to soften.

Add the garlic and ginger and stir for a minute.
