  • 1.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder

  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pepper paste

Steps

    Place the minced meat in a bowl.

    We strain the chopped onion from its water well.

    We add the salt, black pepper, mixed spices, baking powder, and chopped onion to the ground meat.

    Add chopped parsley and knead the ingredients well.

    Shape the kebabs into skewers using wooden sticks.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Place the kebabs in the pan and leave them until they brown on one side.

    Flip the kebabs to the other side and reduce the heat.

    Brush the kebabs with a sauce made of onion juice, pepper molasses, and oil.

    We place the lit charcoal in aluminum foil and add a drop of oil to it.

    We place the aluminum foil with the kebabs as shown in the video.

    Note: The ground meat should contain 10% fat.
