براونيز الشوكولاتة
Ingredients
- 200Grams (g) Animal butter
- 1CupSugar
- 4Psc.eggs
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 1CupFlour
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Unsweetened cocoa
- 100CupChocolate

We melt the butter in the microwave until completely liquefied.

We add the white sugar to the melted butter and whisk well.

We gradually add the eggs: first two eggs, whisk, then add the remaining two and whisk again.

We add the vanilla and stir well.

After mixing the wet ingredients, we add the flour and cocoa powder, stirring until the mixture becomes thick and smooth.

We chop the chocolate into very small pieces.

We add the chopped chocolate to the batter and mix well.

We grease the baking tray with a little butter to help the parchment paper stick.

We line the tray with parchment paper

We pour the brownie batter into the tray and spread it evenly to the edges using a spoon.

We bake the brownies in a preheated oven at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for 25–30 minutes.

After baking, we let the brownies cool before cutting and serving.
