We start by chopping the vegetables, where we cut the sweet peppers, onion, and a head of garlic, then we place them in a tray with olive oil and wild thyme. We roast the vegetables in the oven at a temperature of 220 degrees Celsius for half an hour until they are cooked.

We prepare the sauce in the food processor, where we place the garlic and the roasted vegetables. Then we add a tablespoon of tomato paste, bell pepper molasses, smoked spice, olive oil, vegetable oil, black pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice, healthy chicken broth, and salt. We blend the ingredients well until we obtain a homogeneous sauce.

We start cooking in a pot on the stove, where we add vegetable oil and a chopped onion with a little salt, then stir the onion until it softens.

We add the sauce and chicken to the onion after it has softened, where we pour in the sauce we prepared in the food processor, then add the pieces of chicken to the pot. We pour in the water that the chicken broth has been dissolved in, and we leave the ingredients on the heat until they begin to cook.

We add the rice after the chicken has cooked a little, where we remove the chicken from the pot, add the rice, and stir it with the sauce.
