Steps

    Grind the chia seeds, flax seeds, and oats until you get a fine powder

    Add the egg, milk, salt, and baking soda to the dry ingredients and mix well until combined.

    Grease a non-stick pan with olive oil using a brush.

    Pour a thin layer of the batter into the hot pan.

    Cook until golden on one side, then flip and cook the other side. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
