Ingredients

- 0.5BunchParsley
- 1SlicesLettuce
- 1Psc.lemon
- 1CupPomegranate molasses

Wash 1 cup of split lentils, then place them in a pot with 1 liter of hot water. Cover partially and let it boil for 45 minutes until cooked.

Chop one onion finely, then heat olive oil in a pan and add the onion until it softens. Add tomato paste and bell pepper molasses, stir, and then add cumin, coriander, paprika, dried mint, and salt

Once the lentils are cooked, add 1 cup of washed fine bulgur and mix well. Cover the pot and let it cook on low heat for 3 minutes.

Allow the mixture to cool, then transfer it to a dish.

Add the filling to the lentil mixture and knead for 5 to 7 minutes. If the mixture is too soft, add ½ cup of fine bulgur.

Chop the green onions and parsley, then add them to the dough and mix well.

Place the lettuce and lemon slices on a serving plate, then shape the kebab as shown in the video, and garnish with pomegranate molasses and olive oil.
