  • 5Psc.eggs
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon
  • 1Psc.Lemon zest
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 1CupAlmond slices
  • 1CupPowdered sugar

Steps

    In a bowl, mix the white sugar with the almond flour and the flavorings (cinnamon, vanilla, lemon zest).

    Gradually add the eggs and mix until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.

    Pour the batter into a greased or lined baking pan.

    Spread sliced almonds on top of the cake.
