Bounty Chocolate
Ingredients

- 0.5CanSweetened Condensed Milk
- 50Grams (g) Milk Chocolate
- 50CupChocolate
- 1CupCorn oil

We prepare 2 cups of shredded coconut in a mixing bowl

We add ½ cup of sweetened condensed milk to the coconut.

We mix them well, then knead the mixture by hand until it holds together and becomes shapeable

We shape the mixture into finger-sized bars, similar in size to store-bought chocolate bars.

We place the coconut bars in the fridge for 5 minutes to firm up.

Prepare 100 grams of chocolate (half milk and half regular).

We melt the chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute or using a double boiler (hot water bath).

We add 1 teaspoon of corn oil to the melted chocolate and stir until smooth and glossy.

We dip the coconut bars into the melted chocolate, coating them completely.

We use a fork to drain the excess chocolate.

We may use a knife to create gentle wave-like patterns on the surface, resembling store-bought chocolate.
