- 7Psc.Puff pastry dough

Place the custard powder in a bowl, add 1 cup of milk, and stir until fully dissolved.

In a saucepan over medium heat, heat 3 cups of milk with 1 cup of sugar, stirring constantly until it reaches a boil.

Gradually add the custard mixture to the saucepan while stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.

Pour the custard mixture into a tray and let it cool completely.

Bake the puff pastry squares in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown.

Let the puff pastry cool, then break it into small pieces.

In a bowl, combine the custard with the whipped cream powder and ½ cup of milk, then beat with an electric mixer until creamy

In a serving dish, spread half of the crushed puff pastry as a base, then add a layer of custard on top.

Add another layer of crushed puff pastry over the custard.
