Open the caramel packet and pour it into the Pyrex dish

Spread the caramel evenly across the bottom of the Pyrex dish.

Pour 1 liter of milk into a cooking pot.

Add the two packets of crème caramel powder to the milk.

Mix the ingredients well with a hand whisk, stirring continuously until the mixture starts to boil.

Once boiling, remove the pot from the heat.

Using a ladle, slowly and carefully pour the hot milk over the caramel layer in the Pyrex dish to avoid mixing the layers.

Allow the crème caramel to cool slightly, then refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours.

When serving, invert the crème caramel onto a serving plate.

Slice into portions as desired.

Note: To ensure success, keep stirring during cooking until boiling to avoid lumps forming in the mixture.
