Steps

    Place the chicken cubes in a blender, then add the onion powder, garlic powder, dried parsley, ginger, salt, and black pepper, and blend until smooth.

    Shape the mixture into nugget pieces, place them on parchment paper in a tray, and put them in the freezer for 30 minutes until firm

    Coat the nuggets with eggs and breadcrumbs, or if using the egg substitute, dip in the water-cornstarch mixture first and then coat with breadcrumbs.

    Store the nuggets in sealed bags in the freezer for later use.
