Ingredients

  • 2CupEvaporated milk
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)cardamon
  • 1PinchSaffron
  • 4Tablespoons (tbsp)Loose tea

Steps

    Light the fire until embers form.

    Place the pot on the fire and caramelize the sugar until it melts and turns golden.

    Add the 4 tablespoons of loose tea to the caramelized sugar.

    Pour 1 liter of lukewarm water over the tea and let it simmer until concentrated.

    Once the tea is cooked, add the evaporated milk and mix well.

    Add the cardamom pods.

    Add the saffron and let the Karak simmer for a few more minutes until flavors blend.

    Pour the Karak into serving cups and serve hot.
