  • 500Milliliters (mL)Collagen Soup

Steps

    Add two cups of washed and soaked green beans to a pot for half an hour and drain them well.

    Add a spoonful of cumin, turmeric and salt to taste.

    Add 500 ml of collagen soup to the pot.

    Add a liter of water to the pot and leave them on medium heat for 40 minutes.

    Mix the soup well using a hand blender until it becomes creamy.

    Add olive oil to a frying pan, then add chopped onion and sauté over medium heat.
