Ingredients

  • 1Psc.Chopped Onion
  • 0.5CupMinced parsley
  • 1Grams (g) Tail fat
  • 1Psc.Red bell pepper
  • 1Psc.Yellow bell pepper
  • 1Psc.Onion

Steps

    Place the ground beef in a bowl and add the chopped onion and parsley.

    Season with salt, black pepper, cubeb, and baking soda

    Knead the mixture well until fully combined and firm.

    Shape the meat into medium-sized balls.

    Fry the kofta balls in lamb fat until golden brown.

    Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the pan and sauté for 5 minutes

    Remove from the heat and serve the kofta, optionally inside pita bread.
