- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Coriander

Add the molokhia to the pot.

Stir the molokhia gently, then serve hot.

Add the mixture from the pan to the molokhia pot.

Sauté the mixture until well combined.

Add fresh coriander and boiled chicken to the pan.

In a small pan, toast a little ghee with minced garlic.

Cover the pot and let the molokhia cook for 20-30 minutes until fully cooked.

Add salt to taste.

We boil the chicken, then add 5 ladles of chicken broth to the molokhia.

Toast the molokhia over low heat for 15 minutes.

Place 200 grams of dried molokhia in a bowl.

Lightly toast the garlic until it turns golden.

Add 1 tablespoon of dried coriander.
