Ingredients

  • 1.5Psc.Tomato
  • 3Psc.Green chili pepper
  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Coarse salt
  • 1ClovesMinced garlic
  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar
  • 0.5CupOlive oil

Steps

    Wash the firm red tomatoes thoroughly and dry them.

    Cut the tomatoes in half.

    Grate the tomatoes on the coarse side of the grater and remove the skin.

    Place the grated tomatoes in a sieve to drain excess liquid for 20 minutes.

    After 20 minutes, add the chopped green hot peppers to the tomatoes.

    Add coarse salt and crushed garlic according to taste.

    Add white vinegar and olive oil.

    Mix all the ingredients well until fully combined.

    Place the pickle mixture in a sterilized jar.

    Add a little olive oil on top of the pickle.

    Store the jar in the refrigerator, and the pickles will be ready to eat the next day.
