    We wash the mixed vegetables well

    We arrange the vegetables neatly inside the sterilized glass jar.

    We dissolve the coarse salt completely in the water to make the brine.

    We pour the brine over the vegetables in the jar until fully covered.

    We press the vegetables down with a wooden stick to prevent them from floating.

    We close the jar tightly and leave it on the kitchen counter (at room temperature) for 6 days until the torshi is ready.

    Note: After ripening and opening the jar, place it in the refrigerator to preserve it for a longer period, especially in hot weather.
