- 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Tahini
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar
- 3CupOlive oil
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika

Wash the fava beans well, then soak them in water overnight for about 10 hours

Place the soaked beans in a pressure cooker and add the yellow lentils and baking powder.

Add the tomato paste, peeled garlic cloves, and peeled chopped tomato.

Cover the ingredients completely with water.

Close the pressure cooker tightly and set it to high pressure for 40 minutes using the legumes cooking program.

Let the cooker rest for 10 minutes after cooking to release the pressure naturally before opening.

Carefully open the cooker and stir the cooked beans well until combined.

In a bowl, mix tahini with vinegar, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil until you get a smooth sauce.

Place the fava beans in a serving dish over the tahini mixture and mash them lightly with a fork.
