We cut the chicken and make slices in it with a knife from both sides.

We prepare the marinade by adding yogurt, labneh, mustard paste, minced garlic, a mix of spices, lemon juice, and food coloring as desired, then we stir it all together.

We place the chicken in the marinade and preferably leave it overnight. Then, we put the chicken in a tray, cover it with parchment paper, and place it in the oven at 200°C for an hour and fifteen minutes, leaving it until it becomes golden brown

We light a piece of charcoal, drizzle olive oil over it, place it with the chicken, and cover it to infuse the smoky flavor. Then, we serve the chicken. Enjoy!
