We wash the red bell peppers thoroughly.

We place the whole peppers (without cutting) on a baking sheet.

We roast the peppers in the oven for 30 minutes until they puff and the skin blisters.

Alternatively, we can roast them in the air fryer for 25 minutes.

We let the peppers cool completely after roasting.

We remove the seeds from inside.

We peel the outer skin of the peppers gently.

We add a little oil and blend the peppers using a food processor or hand blender until smooth.

We store the paste in clean, sterilized jars.
